From strategy to business development to ongoing program management, professional back-office administration and industry-leading systems, IMG Licensing provides a full-service solution across all parts of the brand licensing journey.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities\nManage day-to-day communication and follow-up with existing licensees across multiple brands\nCommunicate daily with international licensors via email and conference calls\nCoordinate product and creative approval processes between licensors and licensees\nOrganize sales materials, presentations, reports, and other brand/licensee-related documents\nSupport licensees with brand guidelines, assets, approval requirements, and general inquiries\nTrack payments and support related administrative processes\nMonitor online and offline markets for counterfeit and unauthorized products\nPrepare and maintain reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint\nProvide general administrative and account management support to the licensing team\n\nKnowledge and Experience\nEntry level to approximately 5 years of work experience\nInterest in brands, consumer products, fashion, entertainment, or licensing is a plus\n\nSkills and Abilities\nNative Korean and business-level English, both written and spoken\nStrong communication and coordination skills\nComfortable communicating directly with international business partners\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint\nHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple brands and tasks simultaneously\nResponsible and proactive in following up on ongoing matters\nCreative or design experience/academic background is not required;
