This individual will play a critical role in WME's SAP transformation initiatives and help shape the future-state architecture of the company's enterprise applications ecosystem.\nKey Responsibilities\nSAP Development & Technical Leadership\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy SAP custom applications, enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, forms, workflows, and integrations.\nWrite and maintain ABAP code and actively contribute to development efforts across SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC environments.\nServe as the senior technical lead for SAP development and integration initiatives.\nParticipate directly in solution architecture, technical design, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and complex problem resolution.\nPerform code reviews for internal developers, consultants, and offshore teams to ensure adherence to development standards, performance requirements, security guidelines, and SAP best practices.\nEstablish coding standards, development frameworks, quality assurance processes, and release management procedures.\nProvide technical coaching and mentorship through design reviews, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing activities.\nDrive technical remediation and modernization efforts associated with SAP transformation programs.\nIntegration Architecture & Delivery\nDesign, build, and support integrations between SAP and enterprise applications.\nLead integration initiatives involving finance, revenue, treasury, banking, travel, reporting, and third-party SaaS platforms.\nDevelop and support APIs, web services, middleware integrations, and cloud-based integration solutions.\nProvide hands-on technical leadership for SAP Integration Suite, BTP, and enterprise integration technologies.\nEstablish integration governance, monitoring, support, and documentation standards.\nServe as a key technical contributor during ECC to S/4HANA migration initiatives.\nParticipate in custom code analysis, remediation planning, and technical assessments.\nEvaluate existing integrations and recommend future-state architecture and integration approaches.\nPartner with implementation consultants and system integrators throughout project delivery.\nTeam Leadership & Vendor Management\nLead and coordinate global teams consisting of employees, contractors, consultants, system integrators, and offshore development resources.\nManage day-to-day activities of offshore SAP development and integration teams to ensure quality, delivery, and operational excellence.\nCoordinate technical delivery across internal teams and third-party implementation partners.\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.\nOperational Support\nServe as the escalation point for complex technical and integration issues.\nDrive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.\nImprove application performance, reliability, scalability, and support processes.\nSupport production releases, upgrades, and ongoing optimization efforts.\nEnsure systems meet security, compliance, and audit requirements.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.\n8+ years of SAP technical development experience.\nDeep hands-on SAP S/4HANA development experience.\nStrong ABAP programming experience with demonstrated ability to design, develop, debug, review, and support enterprise-scale SAP solutions.\nExperience building and supporting complex SAP integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, SAP Integration Suite, and related technologies.\nProven ability to remain hands-on in development activities while leading technical teams.\nExperience conducting code reviews and mentoring development teams.\nExperience managing offshore SAP development and support teams.\nStrong vendor management experience, including oversight of consulting partners and system integrators.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSAP ECC development and technical architecture experience.\nSAP Basis knowledge is a big plus.\nExperience supporting SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation initiatives.\nExperience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Integration Suite.\nExperience with .net is a big plus.\nKnowledge of Finance, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Treasury, and Reporting processes.\nExperience integrating SAP with ERP, CRM, treasury, banking, reporting, data warehouse, travel, and cloud applications.\nFamiliarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices.\nSAP certifications in S/4HANA, BTP, Integration Suite, or SAP development technologies.\nExperience within media, entertainment, sports, talent representation, licensing, royalty, or professional services organizations is a significant plus.\nPlease note:\nThis role is available in New York, Beverly Hills, and Nashville.\n$188,000 is the maximum salary compensation for Beverly Hills based on a hybrid schedule.\n$187,000 is the maximum salary compensation for New York based on a hybrid schedule.\nPer local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
