Summary\nWME is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Information Technology to lead complex technology initiatives and help mature program delivery across the global IT organization.\nThis role will Sr. Director, of Global TechOps & Strategy, based in Beverly Hills, CA.\nKey Responsibilities\nProgram Leadership & Strategic Initiatives\nLead and coordinate complex technology programs that span multiple teams across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Workplace Technology, and enterprise platforms.\n\nManage initiatives such as infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, identity and access management improvements, collaboration platform deployments, and operational technology improvements.\n\nTranslate high-level technology priorities into structured programs with defined milestones, workstreams, timelines, and success metrics.\n\nCoordinate planning and execution across engineering teams, operations teams, and business stakeholders to ensure initiatives move forward efficiently.\n\nIdentify cross-team dependencies early and resolve conflicts related to scope, priorities, or resource constraints.\n\nDrive program planning activities including kickoff alignment, roadmap development, milestone tracking, and delivery reviews.\n\nLead high-impact initiatives that require coordination across multiple technical teams or significant executive visibility.\n\nEnsure programs deliver measurable outcomes including improved system reliability, operational efficiency, user experience, and scalability of technology platforms.\n\nOwn program outcomes, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency, reliability, and user experience across the technology environment.\n\nPartner with the Senior Director of Global Technology Operations to drive cross-organizational initiatives that improve how technology teams plan, prioritize, and deliver work.\n\nPMO Development & Organizational Maturity\nPartner with IT leadership to build and mature the IT Program Management Office (PMO).\n\nDevelop and implement scalable project management frameworks, delivery standards, and operational processes that improve how technology initiatives are executed.\n\nEstablish consistent practices for:\nProject intake and prioritization\n\nProgram planning and roadmap alignment\n\nProject governance and reporting\n\nCross-team coordination and dependency management\n\nHelp create visibility into technology initiatives across the organization to support informed decision making and prioritization.\n\nPortfolio Visibility & Operational Coordination\nServe as air traffic control for technology initiatives across the IT organization.\n\nProvide visibility into active programs, project dependencies, and resource demands across teams.\n\nHelp leadership understand program progress, trade-offs, and risks through structured reporting and regular program reviews.\n\nFacilitate coordination across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Workplace Technology, Product, and business teams to ensure initiatives are aligned and dependencies are managed.\n\nProject Leadership & Execution\nLead enterprise technology initiatives similar in scope to those currently managed within the IT Project Manager function, including infrastructure upgrades, platform implementations, office technology deployments, and operational improvements.\n\nEnsure projects follow established program governance practices while maintaining flexibility to support the pace and culture of the organization.\n\nDrive accountability for project outcomes, timelines, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners.\n\nExecutive Communication & Stakeholder Management\nProvide clear and concise program updates to technology leadership and executive stakeholders.\n\nPrepare program-level reporting that highlights progress, risks, dependencies, and strategic impact.\n\nFacilitate program reviews, steering committees, and decision forums that support leadership alignment.\n\nVendor & Budget Management\nManage vendors, implementation partners, and external service providers to ensure deliverables align with project objectives, timelines and contractual commitments.\n\nSupport vendor evaluation and engagement when external expertise is required.\n\nTrack project budgets, control costs, and report financial performance to leadership.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (PMP certification preferred).\n\n7+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure and enterprise technology projects.\n\nExperience performing business analysis activities, including requirements gathering and documentation.\n\nProven ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong understanding of IT systems, networking, cloud platforms, and enterprise application deployments.\n\nProficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).\n\nExceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience helping establish or mature a technology PMO.\n\nExperience managing network infrastructure upgrades, office relocations, cloud migrations, and data circuit installations.\n\nFamiliarity with Active Directory, collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365), and enterprise applications.\n\nKnowledge of IT security and compliance best
