We're building this engineering organization largely from the ground up, so we're looking for engineers who enjoy scrappy environments, are comfortable navigating ambiguity, and want to help shape how a team operates.\nExample Problems You Might Work On\nBuilding features that capture and connect relationships across the entertainment industry\n\nImplementing modern CRM workflows that replace fragmented legacy tools and spreadsheets\n\nDeveloping AI-powered features that surface insights from operational data\n\nBuilding and maintaining APIs and services that support complex deal and workflow management\n\nMigrating legacy applications into modern web-based systems\n\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign and build scalable web applications and APIs using React, TypeScript, and Next.js\n\nDevelop and maintain Node.js backend with REST, gRPC, and GraphQL APIs\n\nContribute to architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems\n\nPartner closely with product managers and designers to deliver thoughtful solutions\n\nTranslate operational needs into practical technical solutions\n\nParticipate in and improve CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling\n\nSupport and mentor new career engineers on the team\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nSolid software engineering experience, typically 5+ years\n\nStrong full-stack development experience building modern web applications\n\nProficiency in React, TypeScript, and Next.js\n\nBackend experience with Node.js, building services and APIs\n\nExperience designing and working with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL\n\nExperience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure preferred)\n\nFamiliarity with containerized workloads using Docker (Kubernetes a plus)\n\nFamiliarity with infrastructure as code concepts; experience with Terraform a plus\n\nComfort working with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar)\n\nStrong product instincts and collaborative mindset\n\nComfortable working in environments where systems and processes are still evolving\n\nHow We Build\nShip practical software that solves real problems\n\nFavor simple, maintainable architectures\n\nWork closely across engineering, product, and design\n\nUse modern cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure), Terraform, and containerized deployments\n\nMaintain automated CI/CD pipelines to keep shipping fast and safe\n\nLeverage AI-assisted development across the engineering workflow\n\nAI-First Engineering\nAI tools are part of our everyday engineering workflow. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
