The role requires strong financial modeling and Excel skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to effectively communicate with both Finance and operational stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nFinancial Planning & Forecasting\nSupport the annual budgeting process, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range planning.\nDevelop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and financial planning templates.\nAnalyze actual results against budget, forecast, and prior year, identifying key drivers and trends.\nPartner with business leaders to develop financial assumptions and understand changes in business performance.\nSupport scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to assess potential business outcomes.\nPrepare financial analyses and materials for senior Finance and business leadership.\nManagement Reporting & Analysis\nPrepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including revenue, gross profit, EBITDA, headcount, and operating expense analysis.\nDevelop clear and concise commentary explaining financial performance and key variances.\nIdentify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends and communicate them to Finance leadership.\nSupport the preparation of management presentations and business review materials.\nEnsure reporting is accurate, timely, and consistent with established methodologies.\nBusiness Partnership\nServe as a finance partner to assigned business units and functional areas.\nDevelop a strong understanding of business operations, key performance indicators, and financial drivers.\nWork with business leaders to evaluate financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and manage costs.\nSupport ad hoc analysis and decision support for strategic initiatives, investments, and organizational changes.\nProcess & Reporting Improvements\nIdentify opportunities to improve FP&A processes, reporting, and financial models.\nAutomate and streamline recurring reporting and analysis where appropriate.\nHelp establish standardized reporting methodologies and improve data quality.\nSupport Finance transformation initiatives, including systems, reporting, and planning enhancements.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.\n4-7 years of relevant FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking experience.\nStrong financial modeling and analytical skills.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.\nExperience with financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.\nStrong understanding of P&L statements, cash flow, and key financial metrics.\nAbility to analyze large amounts of data, identify key drivers, and communicate conclusions clearly.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working in a complex, multi-business-unit organization.\nExperience with financial planning/reporting systems and ERP platforms.\nExperience supporting senior Finance or business leadership.\nExperience with Power BI, PowerPoint or other data visualization/reporting tools.\nExperience in media, entertainment, talent, fashion, licensing, or another professional services environment.\nKey Attributes\nAnalytical: Able to move beyond reporting results to understand and explain the underlying business drivers.\nBusiness-minded: Understands how financial performance connects to operational decisions.\nProactive: Anticipates issues, identifies opportunities, and takes ownership without requiring extensive direction.\nCollaborative: Builds strong relationships with Finance and business partners.\nCommunicative: Can distill complex financial information into clear, executive-level messaging.\nDetail-oriented: Maintains a high degree of accuracy while meeting tight deadlines.\n Adaptable: Comfortable working in a changing environment and managing competing priorities.\nPer local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
