You will focus on robustness, efficiency, control and compliance for the platform.\nYou will package route to market executable ideas with inputs from Research; Industry Intelligence and ground feedback; and current books.\nYou will drive investment themes and product focus, giving colour and depth to the investment books. You will provide the frontline with actionable focus to manoeuvre the markets and support from research.\nAs the recognized authority on FX within the bank, you will provide solutions for client’s FX requests and will educate Client Advisors and team members on FX.\nYou will provide Investment Consultants and RMs with trading ideas, market information and sales tools. You will provide inputs on FX for internal and external publications and develop marketing materials. You will also make timely actionable calls in relation to market and books, and help the frontline to manage clients.\nYou will set up the access to the full range of FX offerings and manage relationships with the major counterparties and key market players.\nYou will ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and the bank’s product development and management policies. You will ensure all products are reflected correctly in the bank’s books.\nYou will support the development of MIS and post transaction reporting to ensure regulatory compliance and will support investment and product performance monitoring.\nYou will work with the team members to ensure adequate coverage at all times, and work with related parties to drive policy enhancements.\nPre-requisites\nTertiary educated with at least 10 years of relevant work experience\nPossess strong knowledge of FX analysis and markets\nGood experience in FX sales, advisory and managing platforms\nPossess end-to-end knowledge of product cycle and understand financial markets and key investment concepts\nGood understanding of portfolio construction and risk management concepts\nPossess some project management experience, in owning and/ or driving projects\nPossess some experience in systems and process engineering/ handling\nSome exposure or knowledge in Structured Products is preferred\nPossess knowledge of legal & regulatory requirements in banking\nStrong in Mandarin to work with North Asian clients and stakeholders \nCACS certified\nSubmit your application to  quoting the Job Title.\nYour interest will be treated in strict confidence.\nData collected will be used for recruitment purposes only.
