efficiency, enhance customer experiences and support strategic business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nAI Solution Development\nDesign, develop, test and deploy AI and machine learning solutions.\nBuild and maintain scalable AI applications and APIs.\nDevelop Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).\nCreate AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants and intelligent automation tools.\nIntegrate AI capabilities into existing products, platforms and business processes.\nMachine Learning & Model Management\nCollect, clean and prepare data for model training and evaluation.\nDevelop, train, test and optimize machine learning models.\nMonitor model performance and retrain models when necessary.\nImplement MLOps practices to support model deployment and lifecycle management.\nEnsure model accuracy, reliability, scalability and security.\nSoftware Development\nWrite clean, efficient and maintainable code.\nDevelop backend services, APIs and integrations supporting AI applications.\nParticipate in code reviews and software development best practices.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI systems.\nInnovation & initiatives.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong programming skills in Python.\nKnowledge of JavaScript, C#, Java or similar programming languages.\nExperience with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain or Hugging Face.\nExperience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.\nKnowledge of prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks.\nExperience with SQL and database technologies.\nFamiliarity with containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nUnderstanding of MLOps and CI/CD practices.\n Minimum Requirements\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology or related field.\nRelevant certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Technologies or Data Science would be advantageous.\nExperience\n3+ years software development experience.\n2+ years experience developing AI or machine learning solutions.\nExperience
