measurable impact.\n Journal Entries & Accruals: Prepare and post journal entries, including processing recurring journal entries and month-end accruals.\nReporting & Reconciliation: Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports as well as account reconciliations.\nPeriod Closing & Project Settlement: Perform month-end closing activities, manage project settlements, and control system period openings and closings.\n General Ledger & Client Queries: Handle daily General Ledger (GL) activities and promptly respond to client queries.\nProblem Solving & Client Advisory: Identify emerging issues, resolve them, and recommend tailored solutions to clients.\n SLA & Relationship Management: Consistently meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and build strong, lasting relationships with clients.\nContinuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve and streamline accounting processes.\nAudit Support: Assist with internal and external audit requests, including collecting supporting samples.\n Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting (Record to Report / RTR experience is preferred).\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.\nTechnical Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP FI and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.\nLanguage Skills: English proficiency at B2 level or higher.\nCore Competencies: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and robust problem-solving skills.\nAdaptability: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced
