With three global headquarters across four continents, operations in 13 countries, 65 delivery centers and more than 66,000 employees, WNS combines scale, expertise and execution to create meaningful, measurable impact.\n Position Summary: Responsible for credit risk management of an assigned portfolio of customer accounts within the U.S. and Canadian markets.\nThis role supports credit risk assessment, optimizing cash flow, mitigating bad debt, and providing strategic credit options to hedge risk and maximize sales growth.\nThis position is vital to ensuring robust, commercially sound credit decisions that support our SNA sales teams.\nPosition will operate during hours required to effectively align with US & Canadian business operations/time zones.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPortfolio Management: Directly lead a select number of accounts within the U.S. and Canada portfolio\nFinancial Analysis: Analyze customer financial statements and assess the creditworthiness of corporate customers based in North America\nDue Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence, including customer interaction, credit screening, onboarding of new customers, and continuous monitoring of existing accounts\nCredit Assessment: Assess credit limit requirements and recommend new limits or changes that align with the customer’s risk profile and comply with client's credit policy and delegation of authority\nReporting & Review:\nPrepare comprehensive quarterly/annual customer-level credit reviews\nOrder Management:\nEnsure timely review and controlled release of credit-blocked orders\nCollaboration & Collections:\nCollaborate closely with AR collections team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage direct customer collection efforts when escalation is required\nSystem Administration:\nMaintain customer and credit master data within our systems (SAP preferred) and process new customer credit applications\nCompliance:\nManage customer sales tax exemption records and complete anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud screening procedures.\nPreferred Skills:\nFamiliarity with credit insurance and utilization of credit scorecards\nCollections escalation management experience\nAccounting Standards: Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS standards\n B.COM, MBA\n Work from Office\nLocation Job location Pune Viman Nagar\nShift Timing 4pm -
