With three global headquarters across four continents, operations in 13 countries, 65 delivery centers and more than 66,000 employees, WNS combines scale, expertise and execution to create meaningful, measurable impact.\n Tasks include but are not limited to:\nIT Project Management when onboarding new clients\nJoining broader project management team for weekly updates on new transitions, including weekly reporting to all stakeholders\nDraw up project plans and timelines.\nIT Procurement\nGood communicator\nOrganizing IT resources to meet PMO/Client timelines.\nMaintain relationship with client/client IT into BAU environment\nTo collaborate with the I.T Managers and ensure the smooth running of their client’s IT Operations\nTake ownership of any IT outage that falls outside of usual BAU process, organizing fastest possible resolutions with least amount of downtime.\nDraft reports on IT Service Delivery and present the data to the Senior Management Team\nEngage frequently with the customer to maintain awareness of customer expectations and service delivery experiences\nBe proactive and review business processes and suggest improvements, identify opportunities and risks and suggest appropriate action\nTake ownership of Solution Design Document creation and maintenance into BAU.
