The role involves working on distributed services, networking, concurrency, real-time communication, and device connectivity, with a focus on strong engineering fundamentals, problem-solving, understanding complex systems, and building reliable backend solutions.\n\nWhat You'll Do : \n\n- Design and develop production services in Go.\n\n- Build APIs and services that communicate across cloud and edge environments.\n\n- Work with long-lived connections, concurrency, and real-time communication.\n\n- Handle unreliable networks, connection failures, retries, and reconnections.\n\n- Improve service reliability, performance, and resource utilisation.\n\n- Debug production issues using logs, metrics, and profiling.\n\n- Contribute to system design and architectural discussions.\n\n- Write maintainable, well-tested, and idiomatic Go.\n\n- Participate in code reviews and improve engineering practices.\n\nWhat We're Looking For : \n\n- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.\n\n- Production experience with Go, or strong backend experience with the ability to quickly become productive in Go.\n\n- Good understanding of Go concurrency -
