You will shape the category strategy and product portfolio, identify and launch products that meet consumer needs, build strong sourcing partnerships, and own category profitability.\nKey responsibilities\nDefine and execute the category strategy, portfolio roadmap and annual business plans.\nOwn the category P&L, including revenue, gross margin, pricing, inventory and profitability.\nTrack consumer needs, market trends, competitor activity and channel feedback to identify growth opportunities.\nBuild a well-balanced product range across segments, price points and channels.\nIdentify and evaluate OEMs and vendors; lead supplier selection, sourcing and commercial negotiations.\nDevelop product cost structures, pricing, MRP and channel margin plans to meet business targets.\nManage the product lifecycle from opportunity assessment and development through launch, sell-through and phase-out.\nPartner with sales, marketing, supply chain, quality, finance and product teams to deliver category plans.\nMonitor product performance, demand forecasts, inventory health and sell-through;
