The platform focuses on enabling retailers through product discovery, competitive pricing, credit access, and growth opportunities.\nRole Overview\nWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage day-to-day logistics coordination, order fulfilment, shipment tracking, dispatch planning, and delivery operations at WOGOM.\nThe candidate will coordinate with sellers, distributors, transporters, warehouse teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth movement of goods and timely deliveries to retailers. The role requires strong follow-up skills, accurate documentation, and the ability to resolve delivery and order-related issues efficiently.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Order Processing & Dispatch Coordination\nCoordinate with sellers, distributors, and warehouse teams for order processing and dispatch.\nEnsure orders are dispatched within committed timelines.\nTrack order status from dispatch to final delivery.\nFollow up on pending orders, delayed shipments, and delivery discrepancies.\nCoordinate with internal teams to resolve order fulfilment issues.\n2. Transportation & Delivery Management\nCoordinate with transporters, courier partners, and logistics service providers for shipment movement.\nArrange transportation based on delivery locations, shipment requirements, and cost considerations.\nMonitor delivery timelines and ensure timely delivery to retailers.\nMaintain shipment tracking details and proof of delivery (POD).\nEscalate delays, damaged shipments, and lost consignments for timely resolution.\n3. Seller & Retailer Coordination\nCoordinate with sellers and distributors to confirm product availability and dispatch readiness.\nCommunicate shipment and delivery updates to relevant stakeholders.\nSupport the resolution of delivery-related queries and complaints.\nCoordinate with sales and customer support teams to address retailer order issues.\nMaintain effective working relationships with logistics partners and business stakeholders.\n4. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination\nCoordinate with warehouse teams regarding stock availability, inward receipts, packing, and dispatch.\nMaintain accurate records of goods received, goods dispatched, and stock transfers.\nAssist with stock reconciliation and discrepancy reporting.\nCoordinate product returns, replacements, and damaged-goods claims.\nEnsure proper handling and packaging of goods during transit.\n5. Logistics Documentation\nMaintain dispatch records, invoices, delivery challans, transporter receipts, and shipment details.\nCoordinate e-way bills and other applicable transportation documents.\nCollect and maintain proof of delivery for completed shipments.\nVerify freight bills and supporting documents before submitting them for approval.\nEnsure logistics records are updated accurately and on time.\n6. Cost & Operational Efficiency\nObtain freight quotations and coordinate with transporters for competitive rates.\nMonitor transportation expenses and identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs.\nSupport efficient shipment consolidation and route planning where applicable.\nEnsure adherence to internal logistics processes and service-level timelines.\n7. MIS & Reporting\nMaintain daily trackers for orders, dispatches, deliveries, returns, and pending shipments.\nPrepare regular reports on delivery performance and logistics expenses.\nTrack delayed shipments and follow up with the concerned stakeholders.\nMaintain accurate data using MS Excel and internal business systems.\nShare operational updates and unresolved issues with the reporting manager.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nOn-Time Dispatch and Delivery\nOrder Fulfilment Turnaround Time\nShipment Tracking Accuracy\nDelivery Issue Resolution Time\nProof of Delivery Collection\nLogistics Documentation Accuracy\nFreight Cost Management\nReturn and Replacement Processing\nInventory Movement Accuracy\nPending Shipment Resolution\nCandidate Profile\nGraduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Operations is preferred.\n1-4 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, or supply chain coordination.\nExperience in B2B commerce, e-commerce, distribution, FMCG, or retail operations is preferred.\nBasic understanding of order fulfilment, transportation, warehouse coordination, and inventory movement.\nFamiliarity with invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and proof of delivery.\nGood working knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.\nExperience with ERP, order management systems, or logistics platforms is an advantage.\nStrong coordination, follow-up, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple orders and shipments simultaneously.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nWe are looking for a responsible and organised professional who can ensure seamless coordination between sellers, logistics partners, and retailers.
