while driving execution from concept to delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and business objectives.\nCollaborate with all departmental heads to understand their business processes, identify technology requirements, and convert them into actionable product initiatives.\nAct as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and the technology team.\nGather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements.\nCreate and manage product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.\nPrioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer value.\nLead and coordinate with engineering, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and other technical teams to ensure timely product delivery.\nAllocate work to the technology team in collaboration with engineering leads, monitor progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely execution.\nParticipate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.\nEnsure solutions are technically scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.\nConduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify opportunities for innovation.\nTrack product performance, user adoption, and continuously improve the product using data-driven insights.\nRequired Skills\nProduct Management\nProduct allocation, and delivery management for technical teams.\nTechnical Knowledge\nStrong understanding of software architecture and SDLC.\nHands-on knowledge of REST APIs, system integrations, web and mobile applications.\nGood understanding of databases and application workflows.\nAbility to communicate effectively with developers and review technical solutions.\nAbility to evaluate technical management\nPreferred Experience\n5-10+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager.\nExperience working on FinTech, SaaS, Marketplace, CRM, ERP, LOS, LMS, or Enterprise Technology products.\nExperience leading cross-functional product and technology teams.\nProven experience working directly with business heads and translating business needs into technology
