The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing commissioning activities across mechanical, electrical, ELV, and critical systems to ensure successful project delivery in compliance with client specifications, quality standards, and operational requirements.\n\nThe ideal candidate should possess strong experience in Data Centre commissioning, system testing, integrated testing, and handover processes within a main contractor environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport and execute commissioning (CX) activities for Data Centre projects, ensuring systems are delivered according to design intent and project requirements.\nCoordinate with internal project teams, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and clients on commissioning schedules and deliverables.\nReview design drawings, technical specifications, method statements, and commissioning plans to ensure constructability and system readiness.\nDevelop and monitor commissioning procedures, test scripts, inspection checklists, and integrated system testing (IST) requirements.\nManage and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and critical systems testing including:\nHVAC / Cooling Systems (CRAC/CRAH, Chillers, Cooling Towers)\nElectrical Systems (MV/LV, Transformers, UPS, Generators, Switchgear)\nFire Protection & Detection Systems\nBMS / EPMS / DCIM Systems\nELV and Security Systems\nConduct pre-functional testing, functional testing, integrated system testing (IST), and performance validation.\nEnsure all commissioning activities comply with project specifications, safety requirements, and QA/QC standards.\nIdentify technical issues during commissioning and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders.\nPrepare and maintain commissioning reports, testing records, punch lists, defect tracking, and handover documentation.\nSupport project close-out activities, including O&M manuals, training, and final client handover.\nMonitor project progress and ensure commissioning milestones are achieved within project timelines.\n\nRequirements\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent.\n\nExperience\nMinimum 3–5 years of experience in commissioning, MEP engineering, or critical facilities projects.\nPrior experience in Data Centre projects is highly preferred.\nExperience working with Main Contractors, Mission Critical Facilities, Industrial Buildings, Semiconductor, or Hyperscale Data Centre projects will be an added advantage.\nFamiliarity with commissioning processes, integrated systems testing (IST), and critical environment operations.\n\nTechnical Competencies\nStrong understanding of MEP systems commissioning.\nKnowledge of UPS, Generator, HVAC, Chilled Water Systems, BMS, EPMS, Fire Alarm Systems, and critical infrastructure.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.\nFamiliarity with testing & commissioning procedures and QA/QC requirements.\nProficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation
