What you'll do:

You’ll be the friendly, organized force that keeps our technicians on schedule and our customers taken care of in a fast-moving environment.

• Manage the dispatch board to help technicians stay productive and on track.
• Debrief technicians after their calls and help ensure smooth communication.
• Call customers to confirm and schedule service or install appointments - with warmth and professionalism.
• Build genuine rapport with customers and deliver top-quality support.
• Review invoices created by each technician and make sure everything is accurate.
• Support accounting tasks by organizing and grouping department invoices daily.
• Pull permits and help schedule inspections after jobs are wrapped up.
• Jump in to help other departments when needed - teamwork truly matters here.

• You’re tech-friendly and comfortable with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• You communicate clearly - whether on the phone, in person, or over email.
• You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize competing tasks throughout the day.
• You work well under pressure, adapt quickly, and stay focused when things get busy.
• You’re reliable, hardworking, and committed to getting things done right the first time.
• Dispatch experience (2+ years) is a strong plus, but not required.
• Able to pass a background check.
