We're looking for an Sales & eCommerce Operations Specialist to provide the analytical and operational backbone that supports the growth of our international automotive distribution networks, and our emerging e-commerce ambitions.\nIn this role, you will transform data into actionable insights, build reporting frameworks and dashboards, support strategic decision-making, and help drive the development of our global e-commerce ambitions.\nKey responsibilities\nBuild and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools.\nPrepare executive-level presentations, business reviews, and meeting materials.\nManage and enrich CRM data, distributor mapping, market intelligence, and competitive insights.\nConduct market research, e-commerce audits, and platform benchmarking.\nTrack commercial and e-commerce KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.\nCoordinate with different internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, IT, logistics,..) and external partners to support channel development initiatives.\nIdentify and implement automation opportunities using Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, and AI-enabled tools.\nWhat we're looking for\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Commercial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field\nRelevant experience in commercial operations, business analytics, sales support, channel management and/or e-commerce operations.\nStrong analytical skills with advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Automate / Power Apps, and VBA.\nExperience with CRM systems, SQL (SQL Server / Azure SQL), and database querying.\nKnowledge of e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or digital distribution models.\nExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.\nFluent in English; additional languages are a plus.\nWhy join Wolf Oil Corporation?\nThis is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a growing international function at the intersection of channel management, commercial analytics, and e-commerce.
