external manufacturing partners accountable, driving alignment with company objectives and operational standards.\n\nDeep understanding of semiconductor backend processes, including assembly, packaging, testing, capacity planning, and outsourced manufacturing.\n\nDemonstrated leadership capability, with experience building, developing, and leading high-performing teams and cross-functional initiatives.\n\nHighly respected industry professional with strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills, ideally with an established network within the semiconductor/OSAT industry.\n\nStrategic thinker capable of balancing operational execution with long-term manufacturing, supplier, and business growth
