In your role as a Corporate FP&A Analyst, you will support our Corporate FP&A organization by ensuring accurate and timely consolidation of the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement while delivering insights that support executive decision-making. This is a high-visibility position within a fast-growing technology company, providing opportunities to influence financial planning, reporting, and business performance across a global organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nReview and analyze Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement results.\nEnsure reporting deadlines are achieved with accuracy and completeness.\nConsolidate monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning submissions.\nPerform variance analysis against Forecast, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Prior Quarter, and Prior Year results.\nSupport the preparation of executive reporting for Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Board, and Audit Committee reviews.\nAdditional responsibilities include:\nPrepare and distribute management reporting packages.\nSupport internal and external audit requirements and reporting requests.\nDevelop insightful commentary highlighting key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.\nAnalyze revenue, operating expenses, profitability, cash flow, and working capital performance.\nAssist leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and strategic decision support.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline and standardize finance processes.\nDevelop and maintain reporting automation solutions using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SAP, and financial planning systems.\nBuild dashboards and KPI monitoring tools to improve visibility and decision-making.\nDocument and enhance financial reporting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.\nSupport finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.\nReduce manual effort through automation and innovative reporting solutions. \nRequired Qualifications\nBS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting\nProfessional Chartered Accounting Qualifications\n8+ years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance roles\n4+ years of experience in FP&A, reporting, consolidations, or corporate finance\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills\nStrong analytical and organizational skills\nCollaborative problem-solver\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\nPreferred Qualifications\nProactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach\nPower BI experience preferred\nExperience semiconductor industry or a manufacturing environment\nWhy Wolfspeed?\nAt Wolfspeed, we believe the most meaningful work happens when innovation and purpose come together.
