Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical work experience)\nExperience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, ServiceNow, imaging, and patching.\nStrong troubleshooting, VIP support, escalation, hardware refresh, and asset tracking
