In your role as a Global Account Manager, you will lead one of our most strategic global customer relationships, driving profitable growth, executive engagement, and long-term partnership success.\nThis position is posted for Germany or France.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute a global account strategy aligned with Wolfspeed's growth objectives.\nBuild and strengthen executive-level relationships across a complex international customer organisation.\nIdentify and secure new business opportunities while maximising account profitability.\nLead customer engagement strategies, negotiations, and commercial agreements on a global scale.\nAct as the voice of the customer internally, influencing business decisions and strategic investments.\nCoordinate global sales, engineering, and business resources to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.\nDrive collaboration across regions and functions to ensure successful execution of account plans.\nTravel internationally to support customer relationships and business growth.\nThis role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience managing large, complex global accounts in a technology, semiconductor, industrial, or related environment.\nProven success developing executive-level customer relationships and driving strategic growth.\nStrong commercial acumen, negotiation, and business planning skills.\nDemonstrated leadership experience, including coaching and developing high-performing teams.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nWillingness to travel.\nFluent English (written and spoken) and advanced French language skills (min.
