HR Representative | Recruiter
Assist recruitment activity for Malaysia which include supporting job requisition management in Workday, posting job advertisement, screening and downloading CVs from local recruiting sites, etc.
Conduct HR interview with the shortlisted candidates and set up interview for hiring managers who may locate in other countries
Conduct reference check for shortlisted candidates
Conduct orientation for new hires and exit interviews for departing employees
Support admin function of Malaysia as needed
Assist organizing employee activities for Malaysia employees

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
Minimum of 3 years human resources experience, or other related experience
Exposure in electronics manufacturing or semiconductor industry preferred
Skill Requirement
Proficiency in English
Ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the company
Ability to communicate and collaborate as part of an international team
Takes initiative, out-going personality, high level of professional ethics, integrity, confidentiality and patience
Understands the region’s employment scene and has demonstrated success in quickly adapting to changes
Possesses job interviewing and negotiation skills
