\nReport on asset utilization, spend, and lifecycle status to inform refresh and budget planning. \nJob Requirement\n5+ years of experience in IT asset management, IT fulfillment, inventory control, procurement support, service delivery, or related IT operations. \nStrong working knowledge of asset lifecycle practices, including receiving, tagging, deployment, reconciliation, transfer, redeployment, refresh, and secure disposal. \nExperience working with vendors to request quotes, compare pricing, confirm lead times, and coordinate with procurement and finance teams to raise purchase requisitions in finance/procurement systems. \nUnderstanding of software licensing, entitlements, compliance reviews, warranty coverage, support contracts, vendor true-ups, and renewal forecasting. \nAbility to manage stock levels, spares, consumables, returned assets, redeployment, retirement, secure disposal, and records. \nExperience fulfilling hardware and software requests through approval, issue, handover, onboarding, and offboarding workflows. \nAbility to report on asset utilization, spend, lifecycle status, refresh planning, and budget-supporting data. \nExcellent organizational, communication, documentation, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management
