In this role you will drive continuous improvement in the Global Materials organization through the installation of equipment and design of modifications. You will own multiple projects at one time and be responsible for the management of the projects. You will be responsible for tracking critical metrics and improving those metrics.\nThe person in this role will work a M-F, 7a-4p schedule in support of our 24x7 Materials operations at our Durham, NC headquarters.\nThe Day-to-Day: \nManage capital expansion projects from budgeting to installation to production.\n\nOwn continuous improvement projects aimed at improving yield, throughput, uptime, and safety.\n\nRun multiple projects concurrently with little supervision.\n\nOwn toolsets and be responsible for tracking and improving critical metrics for uptime.\n\nMechanical, electrical, networking, computer, coding, PLC, vacuum, and toxic gas troubleshooting.\n\nThis Job is Right for You if You Have:\nBachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline\n\n2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably semiconductor\n\nDemonstrated organizational and communication skills\n\nAbility to work both autonomously as well as part of a team, taking ownership of tasks and projects\n\nMS Office suite proficiency\n\nThis role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.\nThis role requires the lawful ability to access technical data, information, and areas controlled by United States export control laws and regulations.
