The person in this role will provide leadership in maintaining production equipment in a manner that meets company standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime. The person in this role will oversee a team of technicians that repair and maintain the production and test equipment. The person in this role will establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures. The person in this role will help manage training programs to ensure proper operation, preventive maintenance, and repair programs and procedures.\nThe person in this role, initially, will work a split-shift 12-hour manufacturing schedule.\nThe Day-to-Day:\nManage the installation, preventative maintenance, and repair of semiconductor fabrication equipment\nInterface with the Manufacturing Operations team on supporting daily production priorities based on bottlenecks and/or operational throughput goals\nScreen and select candidates for the Equipment team to fulfill ramp and attrition requirements\nSupport and influence 5S methodology, ensuring the workplace is clean, uncluttered, safe and well organized to reduce waste and optimize productivity\nWork closely with process engineering and production staff to improve overall quality metrics for the fab, SPC, Scrap, Rework, and cost reduction\n\nThis Job is Right for You if You Have:\nExperience in a high-volume manufacturing field with equipment support/repair services.\nDemonstrated technical understanding and previous experience in a leadership role required. Prior management experience (including military) is preferred, but not required.\nUnderstanding of semiconductor processes and equipment in fabrication is preferred.\nWilling to work a 12-hour manufacturing shift.\n\nThis role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.\nThis role requires the lawful ability to access technical data, information, and areas controlled by United States export control laws and regulations.
