administering Microsoft 365 workloads such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID. \nWorking knowledge of mailbox administration, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, mail flow, transport rules, and tenant configuration. \nExperience managing SharePoint and OneDrive sites, permissions, storage quotas, external sharing controls, and information governance. \nUnderstanding of Entra ID identity tasks, group governance, conditional access support, access reviews, and licensing optimization. \nExperience applying retention, data protection, sensitivity labeling, and compliance policies across Microsoft 365 workloads. \nAbility to monitor service health, respond to incidents, communicate impact, and coordinate workarounds for affected users. \nFamiliarity with eDiscovery, legal hold, audit log requests, mail delivery investigations, spam, and phishing workflows. \nExcellent documentation, communication, analytical, service management, and stakeholder partnership skills. \nPreferred: PowerShell, migrations, Purview, Defender, Intune, or Microsoft
