There are many ways to get involved, from Employee Resource Groups to local outreach.\nHere’s the Gist:\nA photolithography process technician (PT) performs technical tests, experiments, tool qualifications and recoveries for the photolithography\nprocess engineering group. A PT monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators. PTs process test runs and prepares records,\ncharts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products. This position will work a 12-hour\nnights shift with a \"4on-4off-3on-3off\" alternating schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday 6 PM - 6:15 AM.\nThe Day-to-Day:\nWork closely with Engineering team to develop and qualify new processes and new tool sets. This will include characterizing, documenting and possibly presenting data based around design of experiments (DOE).\nReport and document process issues and equipment malfunctions. Take corrective action and interact with Process Engineers & Equipment Maintenance to identify and resolve non-conforming process and equipment operations.\nHandle material dispositions and work to resolve any lot issues that may arise.\nAssist in creating new procedures and refining existing ones\nWork collaboratively to achieve quarterly set yield and cycle time goals.\nThis Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):\nAssociates degree OR at least 1 year of experience in a technical role\nAbility to work in ISO 5 (class 100) clean room for extended periods of time, lift up to 25 lbs frequently, and stand or walk most of a shift.\nThe posted salary range is what Wolfspeed reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual pay for a hired applicant will be determined based on the individual’s job-relevant qualifications, experience, and other determinative factors.
