There are many ways to get involved, from Employee Resource Groups to local outreach. \nHere’s the Gist:\nAs a Process Technician in Crystal Growth, you will be responsible for ensuring toolsets are performing optimally to maximize yield/throughput and reduce cost.\nThe Day-to-Day:\nPerform calibrations and tool checks and ensure on time completion.\nAttain 100% certification on all processes in the department and support training efforts with operators and engineers on new tools. \nPerform special processing of material as requested by Engineering and/or R&D. \nTake on project work supporting the efforts of the departmental engineers. \nHandle dispositions of non-conforming material. \nThis is an overnight position.\nThis Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements)\nHigh energy, self-motivated, positive attitude with strong communication skills and ability to interface effectively with coworkers of different backgrounds at every level of the company.\nStrong attention to detail.
