You will work on complex problems and drive solutions in response to product deviations. You will also track and maintain yield performance to enable predictable starts planning and fab stability.\nThe Day-to-Day\nMonitor product yield and key device performance attributes to maintain customer commits while ensuring device health.\n\nStrong data analysis skills to drive root cause for parametric shifts or issues.\n\nAnalyze Power Device electrical tests to feedback deviations to relevant stakeholders\n\nDrive problem solving across multiple teams (i.e. process, flows, product).\n\nRespond to deviations in our product lines and customer concerns and drive to root cause.\n\nWorks with planning to align on yield roadmap and Input start requirements\n\nDevelop solutions to problems utilizing structured problem-solving tools.\n\nPrevent quality excursions, monitor process performance, and compile and analyze data to detect any process or product anomalies\n\nThis Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):\nBS in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Equivalent.
