Take corrective action and interact with Process Engineers & Equipment Maintenance to identify and resolve non-conformance process and equipment operations.\nHandle material dispositions and work to resolve any lot issues that may arise.\nAssist in creating new procedures and refining existing ones\nWork collaboratively to achieve quarterly set yield and cycle time goals.\nWork with and train junior engineers and process technicians\nMinimum Requirements (Must Have):\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related STEM field\n5+ years of metrology engineering experience in a high-volume semiconductor FAB\nHands-on experience with specific metrology tools (see below)\nProficiency with SPC software and statistical methods (DOE, Gage R&R, MSA)\nPreferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):\nMaster's degree in a relevant STEM discipline\nExperience with SiC (silicon carbide) or other wide bandgap semiconductor processes\nFamiliarity with specific metrology platforms (e.g., CD-SEM, ellipsometry, XRF, AFM, optical profilometry, overlay metrology)\nProficiency in data analysis tools such as JMP, Minitab, Python, or R\nPrior experience mentoring or leading junior engineers\nThe posted salary range is what Wolfspeed reasonably expects to pay for this position.
