Ramp new products released from R&D while monitoring performance and driving improvements.\n\nCreate and update detailed documentation for processes and procedures.\n\nDirect and manage design implementation of required process changes and modifications.\n\nPlan, conduct and direct complex projects or major phases of significant projects.\n\nWork directly with contract manufacturing engineering and manufacturing personnel and equipment suppliers.\n\nPrevent quality excursions, monitor process performance, and compile and analyze data to detect any process or product anomalies\n\nIdentify and implement items for improvement including upgrades to equipment and process\n\nJob Requirement\n5 years or more of experience in a manufacturing field with Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Process, or Industrial Engineering or Applied Science\n\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, collaborative and project management skills with demonstrated ability to identify manufacturing improvements, manage changes and implement solutions.
