control, test automation, and data collection.\nUse SQL to query and organize test data and support laboratory data applications.\nWork with stakeholders to define test requirements, operating parameters, project scope, and acceptance criteria.\nManage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining progress toward deadlines.\nTroubleshoot hardware and software issues and support existing laboratory equipment.\nDocument designs, wiring diagrams, test procedures, and troubleshooting guidance.\nIncorporate appropriate safety controls into test tool designs and validate their operation.\nDesired Skills and Qualifications\nPractical experience with electronic circuit design, hardware integration, and bench troubleshooting.\nFamiliarity with MOSFETs, diodes, and semiconductor testing.\nComfortable using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and other laboratory instruments.\nBasic programming or scripting skills and working knowledge of SQL.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a practical approach to developing and improving test equipment.\nSelf-motivated, with the initiative to identify next steps and follow tasks through to completion.\nAble to work independently with limited guidance and recognize when additional support is needed.\nAdaptable and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nAble to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across engineering, software, purchasing, and laboratory teams.\nComfortable working on energized systems when necessary to isolate faults and confirm proper circuit
