escalate complex issues to reliability engineers\nCollect, record, and organize test data; perform basic data checks and flag anomalies or out-of-spec results to engineers\nMaintain accurate documentation of test setups, run logs, and equipment maintenance records in accordance with quality procedures\nSupport calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair of lab equipment and test fixtures\nAssist engineers with failure analysis support activities, including sample preparation and handling\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe lab work area consistent with EHS standards\nTrain and mentor junior technicians on soldering techniques, test system builds, and lab safety procedures\nRequired Qualifications\nAssociate's degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or related technical field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)\n3+ years of relevant experience in a reliability lab, electronics test lab, or similar technical support role\nMandatory: Demonstrated soldering proficiency (through-hole and SMT);
