You will work closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and leadership to build intuitive user experiences that support our growing platform.\nThis role requires someone who not only delivers high-quality code, but also actively leverages AI-powered engineering workflows, contributes to architectural improvements, reduces technical debt, and helps elevate the overall technical maturity of the frontend team.\nYou should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment where ownership, accountability, adaptability, and continuous learning are highly valued.\nKey Responsibilities\nFrontend Engineering\nLead development of scalable user-facing features using React and TypeScript\nTranslate Figma designs into clean, responsive, and production-ready interfaces\nBuild reusable, maintainable, and extensible frontend components and libraries\nOptimize applications for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and scalability\nMaintain and improve existing frontend architecture and codebases\nCollaborate closely with backend engineers to define APIs and data contracts\nParticipate in architecture discussions and technical planning sessions\nAI-Assisted Development & Engineering Productivity\nLeverage modern AI development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar tools) to improve engineering productivity and delivery speed\nUtilize AI-assisted workflows for debugging, refactoring, testing, documentation, and code optimization\nContinuously evaluate emerging AI engineering tools and recommend improvements to team workflows\nPromote responsible and secure usage of AI-assisted development practices across the engineering team\nCode Quality, Technical Debt & Security\nConduct regular code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level engineers\nIdentify technical debt areas and proactively recommend modernization strategies\nHelp maintain frontend dependency health, package upgrades, and yearly React ecosystem upgrades\nEnsure engineering best practices in scalability, maintainability, testing, and security\nIdentify potential frontend security risks and vulnerabilities\nContribute to improving CI/CD pipelines, frontend standards, and development processes\nTeam Collaboration & Leadership\nShare technical knowledge and AI best practices with teammates\nStay updated with evolving frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends\nContribute to improving engineering culture, documentation, and collaboration\nTake ownership of deliverables and ensure timely execution\nRequirements\nCore Technical Skills\n5+ years of experience with React.js in production environments\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript\nDeep understanding of component-based architecture and modern frontend patterns\nExperience with state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand\nStrong understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous data handling\nExperience with frontend performance optimization techniques\nStrong Git and version control practices\nAI & Modern Engineering Practices\nHands-on experience using AI-powered developer tools in day-to-day engineering workflows\nAbility to effectively use AI for debugging, refactoring, documentation, and productivity improvements\nStrong awareness of evolving frontend trends, AI advancements, and modern development practices\nCode Quality & Ownership\nExperience performing peer code reviews and mentoring engineers\nAbility to identify and reduce technical debt\nUnderstanding of frontend security best practices\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nAbility to work independently with high ownership and accountability\nNice to
