In addition to the competitive salary there are also benefits on tap - including...\nAnnual leave (increasing with length of service), a generous pension scheme (matched up to 9%), potential to earn bonuses, enhanced maternity / adoption leave and access to a great range of online and high street discounts.\nWe also promote positive health and wellbeing by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme and more!\nAs a Branch Supervisor based in Gainsborough you’ll be responsible for:\nAssisting the Branch Manager with the day to day running and operations within this small branch.\nSupervise and support branch staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.\nServing customers on the trade counter, offering advice and product knowledge.\nProactively engaging with both new and existing customers to maximise sales opportunities and build strong customer relationships\nBuilding rapport with customers & suppliers, responding to any queries and processing sales.\nGeneral warehouse duties including, goods in & out, picking and packing customer orders.\nThis is a full-time, temporary role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 07.30am - 5.00pm and Saturday on a rota basis 08.00am - 12.00pm.
