environment in the branch.\n\nAchieving operational excellence, minimising costs, ensuring on time and in full delivery and providing outstanding customer service.\n\nLeading your team of Operations Assistants and Drivers, inspiring them to focus on providing exemplary customer service and drive activity within the team to deliver upon all branch KPIs and targets.\n\nBuilding excellent working relationships with the wider team within the branch to ensure that all colleagues are able to support in ensuring that business development opportunities are identified and converted.\n\nInstilling a culture of high standards, quality and safety.\n\nThis is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week.\nAnd here’s what we’d like you to have:\nPrevious industry or merchant experience and knowledge in plumbing/heating products.\n\nPrevious experience as a supervisor working well with others towards a common goal through sharing clear targets and feedback.\n\nThe ability to effectively share and receive information with peers, teams, and key stakeholders.\n\nThe ability to proactively identify and propose solutions to operational and people issues before, or as, they arise.\n\nTo be a team player who is happy to take on a diverse role to carry out all jobs in the branch to ensure it runs smoothly.\n\nKeenness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work
