We also promote positive health and wellbeing through free healthcare support, our YuLife app, Cycle to Work scheme and much more.\nAs an Operations Supervisor based in our Fulfilment centre (H29) in Chesterfield, you'll be responsible for:\nLeading, coaching and developing a team of colleagues to deliver a high-performing, engaged and accountable working culture.\nManaging daily warehouse and fulfilment operations, ensuring workloads are planned effectively and service levels are consistently achieved.\nDriving compliance, health & safety standards and operational checks across the site.\nMonitoring and improving KPIs across multiple customer streams, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and performance.\nManaging people processes including absence management, performance reviews, 1-2-1s and employee relations matters.\nThis is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, operating on a rotating weekly shift pattern.
