In addition to the competitive salary, there are also benefits on tap - including annual leave 24 days (increasing with length of service), a generous pension scheme (matched up to 9%), enhanced maternity & paternity cover, potential to earn bonuses, and access to a great range of online and high street discounts.\nWe also promote positive health and wellbeing by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme and more!\nAs a Workday Specialist based in Warwick you’ll be responsible for:\nOwning the day-to-day configuration, administration and optimisation of Workday, ensuring data integrity, system effectiveness and an excellent user experience.\n\nActing as the subject matter expert for Workday, supporting HR teams with system queries, troubleshooting issues and identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.\n\nLeading Workday system changes from requirements gathering and configuration through testing, training and deployment, ensuring successful delivery and user adoption.\n\nWorking closely with HR, IT and third-party partners to deliver Workday enhancements, releases, integrations and project activity, including support for organisational changes and acquisitions.\n\nManaging data loads, reporting and business process configuration to ensure efficient and compliant HR operations.\n\nCreating and maintaining system documentation, governance frameworks and audit controls to support compliance, accuracy and continuous improvement across the business.\n\nThis role is a full time, permanent position, 40 hours per week, Monday -
