So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.\nThe Procurement Operations Analyst will participate in the operative purchasing process, ensuring efficiency and high delivery performances. You will work together with the procurement and accounts payable team and collaborate with business stakeholders. As a Procurement Operations Analyst you will be responsible for all purchasing activities, like raising and receiving purchase orders, connecting with different vendors and stakeholders.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nPurchasing: Coordinating the internal purchase requests from the business, creating purchase requisitions & purchase orders, and managing the receiving for goods and services\nOperations: Track day-to-day performance and status of purchase orders, making sure that they are followed up timely. Working closely with accounts payable team, the business stakeholders, as well as with vendors, to resolve any issues\nVendor Communication & Relationship: Work closely with vendors to increase compliance with Wolt guidelines to ensure fast and accurate payments\nFollow-up and support raising awareness of procurement processes to internal stakeholders\nCompliance & Documentation: Ensuring that the purchase documentation, such as training material or purchase orders documents, are easily accessible, accurate and compliant\nCross functional excellence: Liaising with departments outside of Finance, such as Sourcing, Supply Chain or Internal Controls, acting proactively to ensure a smooth, compliant and constantly improving purchasing process.\nLearning and development: at Wolt willingness to learn and to teach are among our core values.
