We’re constantly launching new cities and products, so there are always new opportunities to expand your skills and progress your career.\nAs our new Retail Development Manager you’ll support and develop retail partners, ensuring they are set up for success on the Wolt platform. You will play a key role in driving growth, improving performance, and strengthening relationships with our partners.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nDay-to-day in this role you’ll:\nTrain venues together with the Onboarding team, providing them with all the tools and information to start working as soon as possible\nDrive and manage month-over-month sales growth of current venues and improve performance by measuring KPIs, conducting analysis, and running frequent quality and satisfaction checks\nOwn the partner’s assortment by suggesting which products should be listed initially and continuously working with partners to optimize items to improve customer conversion\nWork with partners to improve overall conversion rates by sharing tools and best practices to ensure success\nGather feedback from partners and translate it into product, marketing, and operations improvements\nAct as a key communicator between operations and retail partners\nCollaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns with retail partners\nOur humble expectations\n4 to 6 years of success in account management or business development with clear commercial impact.\nProven ownership of a small, high-value retail portfolio and a portfolio of initiatives, delivering results with minimal guidance.\nAdvanced analytics in Looker or Power BI, plus strong spreadsheet skills, used to steer negotiations and campaigns.\nSkilled negotiator who drives adoption of solutions and crafts data-driven business cases.\nExcellent stakeholder management across HQ, regional and store levels, influencing without authority.\nFluent in English, Maltese is a plus \nCompensation \nThe total target compensation (On-Target Earnings) for this role is €3179 OTE RANGE - €3974 OTE RANGE gross per month. The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed above and is determined based on a number of job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. This compensation is composed of a 80/20 split between base salary and variable pay (where the base salary represents 80% of the total range above). Eligible employees may earn variable compensation if they meet 100% of their performance targets.
