Today, our products are used by 55+ million registered users who order from 200,000+ merchants across 30+ countries. \nWolt Drive helps merchants offer fast, reliable last-mile delivery through their own ordering channels. As our Sales Manager, you’ll grow our partner network by turning inbound interest into signed deals and proactively reaching out to new merchants across industries. \nWhat you’ll be doing\nFinding new opportunities: Identify and contact potential partners through outbound calls and emails, and follow up on inbound leads.\nClosing deals: Understand merchants’ needs, introduce Wolt Drive, negotiate commercial terms, help with IT integration, and take agreements through to signing.\nOwning your pipeline: Keep your CRM up to date, manage follow-ups, and move opportunities forward.\nWinning together: Work closely with our Marketplace Sales and Account Management teams to identify opportunities and coordinate merchant conversations.\nOccasional collaboration with Ops and Support teams to ensure top class customer experience for Wolt Drive partners\nHelping with implementation of new features for our partners\nWorking with middleware providers (MWPs), including setup and monitoring\nOur humble expectations\n1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a track record of closing deals.\nConfidence in picking up the phone, starting conversations, and proactively pursuing new business.\nStrong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.\nAn organized approach, a commercial mindset, and proficiency in using a CRM to manage a sales pipeline.\nConfidence in both video calls and in-person meetings.\nInitiative and the ability to get things done in a fast-paced environment.\nFluency in Czech and English.\nExperience using Google Workspace is a plus.\nAn interest in last-mile delivery, logistics, e-commerce, and business in general is a plus.\nWhat we offer\n Hybrid working \n Employee Assistance Programme - therapy and wellbeing\n Cafeteria Benefit Plus\n MultiSport card\n% Discount on your Wolt orders\n Independent work in a dynamic, international team\nCompany car available for business travel if needed\nNext steps\nIf you are excited about working in a high-growth environment, taking ownership, and being part of an extremely ambitious team, then click below to apply and get the conversation going!
