So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nAs a Sales Support Associate, you’ll be a point of contact for our merchant partners, helping them get timely answers and keep their stores running smoothly on Wolt. You’ll respond to emails and support tickets, make menu and assortment edits, resolve day-to-day issues, and work with internal teams when a request needs further support.\nMerchant Support - Respond to merchant emails and tickets with clear, helpful answers, keeping partners updated until their requests are resolved.\nMenu & Assortment Management - Make accurate updates to restaurant menus and retail assortments, making sure their catalogue is kept up to date and compliant with our internal guidelines.\nIssue Resolution - Troubleshoot merchant, equipment, and operational issues, escalating complex cases to the right team and following through on the outcome.\nSales & Operational Support - Help Account Management and Merchant teams with partner requests, administrative tasks, and store updates.\nQuality & Accuracy - Check that merchant information and menus are accurate, and ensure our merchants are operating to the Wolt standard.\nProcess Improvement & Collaboration - Spot recurring issues, share merchant feedback, and work with internal teams to improve the partner experience.\nOur humble expectations\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nExcellent organisational and multitasking abilities\nSolution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously\nComfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment\nExperience in onboarding, account management, operations, customer success, or merchant support is\nconsidered a plus\nFamiliarity with food delivery, marketplaces, or e-commerce environments is considered an advantage\nFluent in English, Maltese is a plus\nWhat you’ll get by joining us\nThe opportunity to directly impact merchant success and customer experience\nA dynamic and collaborative working environment\nExposure to cross-functional projects and market launches\nCareer growth opportunities within a global tech company\nThe chance to contribute to the growth of one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the region\nNext steps\nIf you are excited about working in a high-growth environment, taking ownership, and being part of an extremely ambitious team, then click below to apply and get the conversation going!
