Your portfolio will include enterprise partners, key accounts, and small and medium businesses (SMBs), so you’ll balance strategic negotiations and growth opportunities with day-to-day partner needs.\nDay-to-day in this role you’ll:\nWe’re looking for someone who knows how to build great partnerships and drive real growth. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:\nFinalising deals with existing restaurant partners across your portfolio - structuring, negotiating, and closing with care.\nDrive adoption of Wolt products and services.\nGrow relationships with existing partners by understanding their needs and helping them thrive.\nBoost performance with regular check-ins, data insights, and quality reviews.\nOwn the partner journey after onboarding, acting as the main point of contact.\nCollaborate cross-functionally-especially with ops, marketing, and sales-to plan campaigns, solve challenges, and build business cases that create value for partners.\nAnalyze the market and keep an eye on competitors to stay ahead.\nUse data smartly to focus your energy where it makes the most impact.\nShare partner feedback to help improve how we work and what we offer.\nOur humble expectations \nAt least 5 years of experience in account management or sales, ideally with key accounts or complex portfolios.\nStrategic commercial thinking with advanced analytical skills. Confident using BI tools such as Looker and Excel to guide negotiations, campaigns and optimisations.\nProven ownership mindset.
