The role requires deep technical expertise, strong commercial judgement, and the ability to move confidently between executive conversations and hands-on solution development.\nThe successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, adapts quickly, and delivers high-quality outcomes with limited oversight.\nResponsibilities:\nPartner with Revenue Operations leaders to identify critical business questions and translate them into scalable BI solutions.\nDesign and build executive dashboards, scorecards, reporting, and analytical products that expose performance, risk, and opportunity.\nConvert complex data into clear insights, compelling narratives, and actionable recommendations for leadership.\nLead high-impact BI initiatives from requirements and solution design through build, deployment, adoption, and optimisation. \nConduct root-cause analysis to explain performance drivers and identify opportunities for commercial and operational improvement.\nDefine and standardise KPIs, business definitions, calculation logic, and reporting methodologies.\nBuild and optimise data models, semantic layers, queries, and ETL/ELT workflows across multiple source systems.\nStrengthen data quality, governance, validation controls, documentation, lineage, and auditability.\nEnable self-service analytics through intuitive solutions, trusted datasets, training, and stakeholder support.\nSimplify the reporting landscape by eliminating duplication, automating manual processes, and retiring low-value outputs.\nPartner with Sales, Finance, FP&A, Accounting, IT, Data Engineering, and other functions to deliver integrated solutions.\nInfluence priorities and decisions as a trusted BI partner to senior leadership.\nProvide technical guidance, share best practices, and raise BI capability across the broader organisation.\nProactively identify new opportunities to apply advanced analytics, automation, and AI within Revenue Operations.\nSkills:\nDemonstrated proficiency in Data 360, Snowflake & Data Lakes\nTrusted partnership with senior business leaders\nHands-on BI development and end-to-end solution ownership\nExecutive dashboards, visualisation and analytical storytelling\nAdvanced SQL, data modelling, semantic layers and ETL/ELT\nCommercial insight, root-cause analysis and structured problem-solving\nData governance, quality, controls and metric definition\nInfluence without authority and clear executive communication\nHigh agency, adaptability and strong delivery focus\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n Education Bachelor’s degree in IT/Data Technology, Accounting or Finance\nExperience:\n7+ years in BI, analytics, data strategy, Revenue Operations or Commercial Operations.\nProven success independently delivering complex, high-impact BI solutions.\nStrong experience with BI platforms, enterprise data, SQL and ETL/ELT.\nExperience with CCH Tagetik or an equivalent planning platform is an advantage.\nOur Interview Practices\nTo maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts.
