We do our best work together, connecting to create new innovations with impact.\nAbout the role\nThe Content Coordinator (CC) plays a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day work of the content teams. This includes managing activities related to product setup and contracts, as well as coordinating with vendors responsible for liaising with continuity publications’ editors/authors. The CC also supports the acquisition of content for assigned continuity products.\nResponsibilities:\nAdministrative Support:\nManage contracts and Consent to Publish (CTP) forms with authors and editors, ensuring they are signed by KLI, returned to the authors/editors, and filed appropriately.\nEnsure proper setup and maintenance of products in systems by handling internal distribution of plannings, pricefixings and bulk orders.\nCompile various reports, including the monthly report on books, the up-to-dateness report, the annual journal overview presentations, and the annual journal ranking reports, and perform any necessary follow-up actions.\nEnsure that processes related to the day-to-day management of the content team are well-documented and stored.\nManagement of Continuity publications and Routine Author Management:\nOversee the vendor responsible for chasing authors/editors of regularly updated content and journals, ensuring the vendor meets the agreed terms of the contract.\nFollow up with authors who have not responded to the vendor's requests.\nCoordinate with the publishing department as needed regarding any authors that require replacement.\nManage day-to-day communication with general editors and authors for key continuity titles.\nCommunication:\nLiaise with in-house departments (CSG, Marketing, Sales, Accounts) and vendors to provide information and coordination about the product line.\nRequirements:\nEducation & Experience\nUniversity Degree or equivalent.\nProven experience in a similar function.\nFluency in English, preferably a native speaker.\nAdvanced PC skills.\nCompetencies:\nProcess-driven.\nProactive problem solver.\nCustomer-focused.\nExcellent communicator.\nPersuasive and effective in follow-ups.\nTeam player.\nResults-driven and delivery-focused.\nIndependent and self-initiating.\nHybrid: In office for 2 days in a week to work with the team\nTravel:\nOur Interview Practices\nTo maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts.
