The CSOA is primarily responsible for preparing and submitting applications necessary to obtain, amend, renew or close licenses and registrations for our clients.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nPrepare and file standard, advanced and specialized applications and renewals across a variety of clients and industries\nSubmit 50-100 applications per week (varies based on complexity of filings)\nWork closely with Customer Success Associate-Account Managers (\"CSA\") to ensure timely fulfillment of all pending filing orders and to resolve any barriers to licensure\nEnsure that any changes to the filing process are documented within our internal database by relaying any such changes to BL'.s onboarding and/or research teams\nOperate efficiently within an internal collaborative team environment\nOther duties as assigned\nJob Qualifications:\nMinimum Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience\n1-2 years of data entry and/or licensing experience is preferred\nOther Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: \nExceptional interpersonal skills to communicate with government agencies and colleagues\nUse of considerable tact and discretion when dealing with sensitive data\nAbility and desire to work in a fast paced environment\nOutstanding skills using personal computers in a Windows-based environment (including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF)\nExcellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy and consistency\nTop of the line organization skills in all facets of project workflow\nSuperb time management skills\nAbility to maintain a customer centric focus and work ethic at all times\nOur Interview Practices\nTo maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts.
