This role requires a customer-first mindset, a passion for innovation, and a track record of building scalable engineering organizations that deliver business value through technology.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Engineering Leadership\nDefine and execute the engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap for Firm Intelligence products and platforms.\nLead multiple engineering teams and managers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product strategy.\nDrive organizational transformation through modern engineering, cloud, automation, and AI capabilities.\nEstablish engineering standards, development frameworks, and best practices that improve quality, speed, and scalability.\nAI & Technical Innovation\nChampion the adoption of AI-enabled software development and intelligent product capabilities.\nPartner with Product Management to identify opportunities where AI, automation, and advanced analytics can create measurable customer value.\nGuide architectural decisions involving cloud-native applications, APIs, platform services, and AI-powered solutions.\nFoster a culture of experimentation, rapid learning, and continuous improvement.\nCustomer & Business Impact\nCollaborate closely with customers, product leaders, and business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into innovative technology solutions.\nEnsure engineering teams remain focused on solving customer problems and delivering measurable outcomes.\nUtilize data and operational metrics to drive product decisions, prioritize investments, and evaluate success.\nOrganizational Leadership\nBuild, develop, and retain high-performing engineering leaders and teams.\nCoach managers and senior engineers through mentorship, technical leadership, and career development.\nCreate an inclusive, collaborative culture that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.\nManage budgets, resource planning, and organizational priorities to support strategic growth.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\n10+ years of software engineering experience with progressive leadership responsibility.\n5+ years leading engineering managers and multiple software engineering teams.\nExperience delivering cloud-native software products and platforms using Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.\nStrong understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and Agile delivery methodologies.\nExperience leading teams building AI-enabled products.\nFamiliarity with LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and AI governance.\nExperience using AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.).\nCustomer-centric product development and co-design experience\nExperience driving engineering strategy and execution within a matrixed enterprise environment.\nDemonstrated success building and scaling engineering organizations.\nStrong executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.\nOur Interview Practices\nTo maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts.
