You would also collaborate with stakeholders to enhance financial processes and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.\nEducation :\nMinimum: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or data analytics.\nPreferred: Master’s Degree/MBA in finance, accounting, economics, or data analytics.\nExperience :\nMinimum: 2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or consulting role.\nPreferred: 2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or consulting role.\nTechnical Skills :\nExperience supporting Technology and Development organizations.\nAbility to meet tight deadlines and deliver quality results with data accuracy.\nStrong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and familiarity with HRIS (e.g., SAP, Workday).\nExcellent analytical skills and fluent in English.\nProficient in MS Office and visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau.\nFamiliarity with Hyperion/PBCS, Tagetik, Care20.\nAdvanced analytical techniques, and familiarity with programming languages like SAS/R, Python.\nProficiency in visualization tools and usage of Hyperion/PBCS.\nSoft Skills :\nSelf-motivated, self-managing and able to work independently.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES\nEnsure timely alignment of the management information system (PBCS) with Workday.\nReconcile actual reporting and payroll data.\nPrepare clear data, reports, and presentations to share analytical results.\nCollaborate with the PMO team for reconciliation with the time writing tool.\nImplement a resource planning tool for insight into FTE’s availability and utilization.\nManage financial controls for resource processes.\nProvide decision support, including data preparation, financial rule building, and report generation.\nPrepare forecast models based on past trends, vendor invoices, and volumes.\nIdentify and articulate business unit opportunities to optimize performance by analyzing data and modeling trends.\nRepresent Wolters Kluwer by maintaining comprehensive product and industry knowledge, and by building professional relationships.\nCoordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate intercompany cost recharges.\nCreate and manage cost centers, including establishing allocation methodologies.\nOTHER DUTIES\nAct as a financial business partner, identifying business issues and opportunities proactively.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with geographically dispersed teams and communicate effectively with leadership at various levels.\nProvide effective reporting by accurately summarizing analyses for executive presentations.\nSupport Business Unit Finance Teams in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) tasks.\nManage and report on the annual budget, and provide regular updates through monthly and quarterly analyses.\nConduct ad-hoc analyses as required.\nTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS\nMinimal travel might be required.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nWorking from the Kalyani Nagar, Pune office on a hybrid schedule (Mondays and Tuesdays).\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by most people assigned to this job.
