As a Fulfillment Associate, Document Management, you will support the accurate and timely processing of customer documents/notices, ensuring legal notifications are received, routed, and handled with precision. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity to begin your career by developing foundational skills in operations, compliance, and customer service within a global organization.\n Essential Duties and Responsibilities\nReceive, prepare, batch, and scan documents delivered via multiple methods in CLC’s capacity as Registered Agent provider\nInteract professionally with process servers, sheriffs, and other individuals delivering legal documents to CLC offices\nCollaborate directly with internal customers to deliver timely and accurate service of process\nIdentify issues requiring escalation and route them to the appropriate support or resolution teams\nUtilize internal systems and tools (e.g., ARROW), scanning technologies, and dashboards to process and track work\nAdhere to Service of Process standard operating procedures and compliance requirements\nConsistently meet established productivity, quality, and timeliness performance metrics\n Skills\nDocument processing and records management\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nKnowledge of Service of Process procedures (preferred)\nProficiency with scanning equipment and workflow systems\nAbility to learn and navigate internal tools and dashboards\nProblem identification and escalation judgment\nCollaborative teamwork and internal customer service skills\nTime management and ability to meet performance metrics\nClear verbal communication and professional interpersonal skills\nQualifications\nMinimum of 1+ years of experience\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required, additional education in legal/operations workflows preferred\nExperience in document processing, administrative operations, or records management preferred\nAbility to accurately prepare, scan, and track documents\nComfort learning and using internal systems, tools, and dashboards\nStrong attention to detail and quality focus\nAbility to meet productivity, quality, and timeliness metrics\nSound judgment in identifying and escalating issues\nStrong teamwork and internal customer service skills\nProfessional communication and time-management abilities\nAbility to lift up to 30 lbs\nOur Interview Practices\nTo maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts.
