You understand best practices and design patterns and what it takes to deliver IAM configuration. You need to be able to translate UX design into working solutions while making use of reusable components and artifacts developed by platform team.\nYou will be required to develop and deliver code and configuration artifacts as a part of continuous delivery process.\nRole and Responsibilities:\nIn addition to design and coding, you are expected to communicate regularly with other groups made up of employees in office and adopt company culture.\nUnderstand and Translate Business user specific IAM requirements into Solution.\nUnderstand the in-house IAM Solution and channel any change request to the platform team.\nWork closely with Technical lead and Architect to develop solution to as per specifications in Solution design.\nDocument the solution and collaborative Agile team consisting of Architect, Developers, QA, UX/UI, DevOps and a Product Owner.\nOther Duties\nPosition will require working some evening, weekend and holiday hours. At points in the development, delivery and support cycle, position may require 24x7 cell phone availability\nMay perform other duties as assigned by management.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree (B.E / B Tech. Computer Science) from a four-year college or university, or equivalent, Masters a plus.\nMinimum 3-5 years of work experience\nStrong understanding of IAM landscape concepts - SSO, Federated SSO, SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect.\nExperience working with Commercial I&AM solutions like PingFederate.\nExperience with Java, Spring, SQL, REST, JS, HTML/CSS, JUnit, CI/CD\nStrong Hands-on experience working in Unix environments.\nFamiliarity with scrum Agile method of work\nStrong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills\nProven track record of working with external customers to understand their needs and translate into technical solutions\nDesire and ability to thrive in a distributed technical environment while working on multiple projects simultaneously\nPassionate about latest technology trends with a strong desire for innovation\nSelf-motivated and self-managing and able to work independently \nPreferred Qualifications\nGood knowledge of standard web (SOAP) and Web API\nExperience AWS, LDAP, Bash\nWorking with SAFe approach\nFamiliarity with DevOps landscape and scripting a definite plus\nFamiliarity working in Cloud environment a definite plus.\nOur Interview Practices\nTo maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts.
